Everybody needs to have a good sleep. When we don't sleep enough we are yawing. If we sleep too long we feel very sleepy.

At the week I go to bed at half past eleven but at the weekend I am a night owl. I go to bed after midnight. When I can't fall asleep I think about nice moments in my life. I don't sleepwalk and snore. When I am ill and I have a temperature I have problems with falling asleep and I get up at night but I don't speak in sleep. When I go to the school I get up close to seven o'clock but at the weekend I get up about nine o'clock. In the morning I can't remember anything from my dreams even worse nightmeares. I don't like having a lie-in at the weekend but I can't go without sleep.
