Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to complain about the blouse, which I bought in your shop on the 10th of February 2004. Your advertisement stated that the blouse can be wash in the washing machine. However, when I washed it in 40?C, the blouse has changed the color - the color has faded away.
I tired to return it to the shop, where I bought this blouse, but the salesman did not adopt the complaint. He told me, that he can not adopt it, because he is not authorized to do this and I have to write a letter of complaint to The Main Complaint Office in Warsaw.
I would appreciate it if you could return to me equivalent of the money, which I spent for the purchase of this blouse.
