Informal Letter

Sorry I haven?t written for so long but I?ve been really busy recently studying for my exams. I was really pleased to get your letter last week and to hear that you might be going to Britain to improve your English. You asked for my advice about the Kingland School?s programme and I must say your plan sounds very interesting to me. In my opinion getting experience of British life and culture will be helpful in learning the language. The advertisement of Kingland School is very interesting but there are some matters which are not clear to me. I hope that my suggestions will help you to make a final decision.
It seems to me that the advertisement is understandable about the location of the school. You should find out what is the exact location and ask them about the kind of transport which can help you to get there. To be honest, I think that train would be the best because it?s the fastest and travelling to school wouldn?t be so tiring. If I were you I would establish if they offer the accommodation with families or just for students. Don?t forget to ask them about the size and level of classes. In my view the smallest class is the best because teacher concentrates on fewer students what is good for studying. You should also find out how much time you have for yourself and how many class hours you have per week. It?s very important when you want to rest after school. It would be a good idea to ask them what sort of recreational facilities there are because it wasn?t specified in the advertisement. You ought to find out about sport, cinema and music which I recognize as nice way of spending a free time.
I think the programme of this school can be very interesting and good but I can?t recommend it until you get more information. I think that more details about this programme will help you to make decision.
