It was Tuesday 21 January when I went with my class to the cinema, to see great nominated to Oscar Awards film- A Beautiful Mind.

The action was set in the Princeton University. John Nash, who was a Princeton graduate student was working all days and nights to proof everybody that he deserve for a respect. He wanted to show that he is not a madman but a great mind and a genius. After many months of hard work, without any pleasure and any friends except He’s room-friend Charles, He wrote an original work which made a proof that he is one of the greatest mathematical minds of his time. The handsome and highly eccentric man started working for a goverment as a human breaking codes machine. He had money, satisfide job and a fantastic wife.

And than everything started falling down. Nash made a discovery, that Charles and all of his job friends were only He’s imagination. He started going crazy. After a short time He was send to a psychiatric hospital. He’s illnes – Schizophrenia was like a sentence for the rest of his life.

Still burdened by demons He is determined to find his own kind of normalcy. He continues his work and in 1994, receives the Nobel Prize. By then, his work in game theory has become one of the most influential ideas of the twentieth century, while Nash has become a man with a beautiful heart, as well as a beautiful mind. He saw the world in a way no one could imagine.

Any gaps in character are filled in by Russell Crowe’s performance. He is Nash, not Russell Crowe playing Nash. The film is a one-man tour by Crowe, once again proving why he is one of the most talented actors in Hollywood today. Jennifer

Connelly gives a good performance as Nash's wife Alicia, although there isn't enough meat to the role to really test her talent. The rest of the cast plays their parts well, but their characters are only decorating the journey into Nash's mind.

A Beautiful Mind is a film touching your experience. It's one of those films that envelopes you so much in the mind of the central character, that you come away feeling that you know, what it must have been like to be him. In my opinion that was on of the greatest dramatic films I’ve ever seen!
