Yesterday I watched „Maid in Manhattan” on Tv. It was a romantic comedy. The director of the film is Wayne Wang. The film was produced by Chris Barker in the Columbia in 2002.
The story takes place in Manhattan. Jennifer Lopez is Marisa Vertura. She is a single mother who lives in the Bronx with her son. Marisa works as a maid in a first class Manhattan hotel. By mistaken identity, Marisa meets Christopher Marshall, played by Ralph Feinnes, a handsome heir to an American political dynasty. Chris is in New York for a week and is staying in the hotel where Marisa works. By mistaken identity the two meet. When her true identity is revealed, however, the truth sets in as dispanity in their lives.
The acting was brillaint and the actors were very good. I was delighted I really enjoyed the film. I liked all the scenes because they were sometimes very funny and sometimes very sad.
I think that the film was warth watching. I was very impressed by this production of “Maid in Manhattan”. Afther this film Jennifer Lopez has become very popular and even more famous. It’s a magnificent romantic comedy, because the actors were very funny and great. It’s a really good film.
