Some people could say that we should always eat what we enjoy, not what is good for us. I think that eating what we like is not very good for our body. What about that people who eat only hamburgers and hot – dogs because they like them?

People who eat always what they enjoy aren’t healthy. Food like hamburgers or hot – dogs is very dangerous for us. We don’t know what there is in it. We can’t see what they put to our hamburgers. For example in some fast foods could be put meat from dogs or cats. Also chips are made in oils which are many times used. I don’t say that we mustn’t eat hamburger. If we want we can eat them but not everyday. More often than meals from fast foods we should eat vegetables and healthy food. It’s better for our life. If we eat vegetables and vitamins we will have more power and energy. Old people need vitamins but when they eat hamburgers it’s not very good for their heart.

So, in my opinion people shouldn’t always eat what they enjoy. Most important from what we like is that if something is good for our body and if it is healthy.
