1. POLISH LEGENDS <<
Polish Legends, Myths and Stories recount the meaning of Poland's national symbol and flag, about several of its early rulers and first king, and the dragon of Cracow. Many of the legends take place in actual places, who one could visit today.

2. POLISH DANCING <<
To the known Polish dancing one can reckon Cracovienne or Polonaise. Polonaise was called gait walk. This is Polish dance at moderate rate of metre ¾. Prototype Polonaise was 17th–century dance on foot, who next to changed was name at Polish dancing and it was stood manor–house dance. Name Polonaise was gained on 18th–century. Polonaise have roots on people’s music. Every secondary–school graduate dance Polonaise on hundred–day every year!


3. THE FLAG <<
The official Polish flag for general use consists simply of two horizontal fields of equal size, with the top one white and with the down one red. In the vertical arrangement, white is to the right of red. The colors white and red were became introduced as the national colors in 1831. The flag was officially adopted by the Seym on 1 August 1919, and remains unaltered to today. White denote water, but on range value spiritual purity and unspotted. Red colour is symbol fire, but with virtues mark courage and valour.


4. HISTORY <<
The History of Poland is rooted in the arrival of the Slavs, who gave base to permanent colonization and historic development on Polish lands. During the Piast dynasty Christianity was adopted in 966 and medieval monarchy established. From the 17th century, the huge state begin a period of decline caused by exterminate wars and deterioration of the country's system of government. From 1795 until 1918 there wasn’t independent Polish state. The Second Republic of Polish was came into existence and existed from 1918 to 1939. It was destroyed by Nazi Germany and the Soviet Union by their Invasion of Poland at the beginning of World War II. Poland began rebuild after war.


5. POPULATION <<
About 38,66 million people this is Poles. They are hospitable and industrious. There are 68% people from 15 to 64 years, 21% people have from 0 to 14 years and 11% there are people from 65 and over. In Poland is religion Roman Catholic – 95%. Medium life expectancy at birth this is about 70 years. Around 96.7% of the people of Poland there are Polish nationality, and 97.8% declare that they speak Polish at home. Poland is the birthplace of some world famous individuals, including Pope John Paul II, Maria Skłodowska Curie, Tadeusz Kościuszko, Fryderyk Chopin and Józef Piłsudski or known Poles foreign football players, directors, writers, politicians, actors…
