Languages and the role of motivation

Why do we learn foreign languages and how are we motivated?
The answer for the main question can be very complex and needs to include both advantages and disadvantages of the trial given.
The environment surrounding us often exerts the pressure of activity in terms of learning and self - development.
Today, we would not survive without the language we can communicate and the general skill of multilinguality. That's, of course, one of the main issues convincing us to work on more - you learn at school, you work abroad, earn much more money - many friends you'd like to know from all over the world, surely, the course seems simply to be obligatory.
Before we start, it's usefully to plan and predict what are we going to reach in the area. Is it only to communicate, or to take an official international exam, like FCE in English. For example, is our objective to order a meal in a restaurant? Then it's easier for us to learn the essential topic or situation the language is exactly needed for. Then we can start our next step...
Sometimes, we'd love to read books and newspapers in foreign mood, but it's crucial to work hard, but only if we are already motivated.
We lose very much from the translations or dubbing we will meet with, instead. With better understanding we can finally get rid of the item not revealing the foreign world as a whole.
If you're starting your adventure with languages once more you can recall the experience of exploring and improving the knowledge systematically. It was indeed necessary to work hard, but it consisted of many pleasant parts also.
Whatever our progress would be, the idea of 'pressing' anybody to learn is a bad concept. In sure, we wouldn't want to discourage the others, because only if we really want to, we can succeed in the study.
As soon as we start learning we need to think very often about methods of learning. If the way doesn't work, it means you have to commence a new one. Otherwise, we start to find ourseleves inefficient. As we represent different types and views, we've all got the potential to develop.
