I am writing to complain about a CD player, which I bought in your shop one month ago.
I have used this CD player for 3 days . Now, this product stopped working I can not understand how such a player of good mark is simply damaged. I do not know what has happened.
I must assure you that I am not to blame for what happened. I must assure you that I have not been trying to fix it.
I am strong dissatisfied with the product, so I damand a full refund or if is possible I hope you will send me new Cd player. I hope you will give this matter your immediate attention.
