Dear Sir or Lady
Thank you for your package with pens, which are very useful. Unfortunately, there has been a mistake which I am going to write about in this letter.
I have ordered 30 Intelligent Pens. But only 15 have arrived. It is not enough pens for the whole class. I suppose, that if I give so many pens I have, half of my class will be dissatisfied.
Considering all issues mentioned above, I request you to send me the rest 15 Intelligent Pencils as soon as possible. If you no longer have the pens around the place, I will be grateful if you allow me to send back the pens I already have and return me the money I have paid.
