Dear Sir/Madam

The reason I am writing is to complain about train’s delays during previous week . Because I had been stolen a car I was forced to make a journey with a Capital Rail.

As I had to wait on the Railway Station I was late to college , and did not write the most important exam on my course , I understand , this situation could have occurred once or twice but not every single day of the week , that is not all . The longest delay was in approximately eighty minutes, it is unthinkable !

I know , there was a lot of snow everywhere , however this not an excuse, you are demanded to keep your tracks clear, while it was fully visible that you did not fulfill your duties and that is why rolling stock was not on time . I even did not notice any symptoms of apology to your customers .

Under the terms of information written in the leaflet , I require a £ 40 compensation . All delays have caused me a great deal of inconvenience and I hope that this will not happen again . I shall expect you to pay a greater attention to all travelers in future . Please let me know what you intend to do .
