c) poinformuj, że obsługa cały czas otwierała drzwi i głośno rozmawiała w holu
d) poinformuj, że czujesz się zawiedziony i poproś o zwrot pieniędzy



Dear Sirs,

I am writing to complain about the conditions in Your cinema.
Before I came there I was assured that my visit would be nice and quiet. Unfortunately it was not true. I cannot remember exactly when it was but I think it was on July 15th. title of this movie was 'Honey'. Firstly, quality of this movie was very poor. I could not see distinctly and the same problem with sound. It was to quiet. I could not hear an everything.
Moreover, personnel was without estimate. They were all the time opening the doors and speak too loud in the entrance hall. It was annoying . I regret to inform you that I was very discontent. It was the worst movie I had ever seen , so I demand a full refund of money .
