Nowadays the young people's attitude to fast food has completely changed. Previously it was considered to be very good and trendy. However, today youths are more sceptic and try to reduce the amount of such kind of food eaten every day.

Firstly, all fast foods are extremely easy to get or prepare at home. You don't even have to know how to cook because most of them are self-made. Secondly, you don't waste your time on preparing meals and washing up which seems to be very important for modern students.

On the other hand, large amounts of additives 'hidden' in fast food can have a bad influence on your health. Especially your immune system may work not normally because of lacks of necessary vitamins. What's more eating fast foods means being in danger of becoming fat so many teenagers choose different type of food to safe their good-looking figure. Finally, eating fast foods may be the main factor of digestion problems.

As I see it now everyone should try to gain a golden means. You should just remember that our body always needs a balanced diet. It is necessary if you want to look good and keep fit.
