PANCAKES WITH SPINACH

Dough:

1 dag yeast
15 dag of wheat flour
4 eggs
1 glass of milk
1 glass of sugar, salt
3 spoons of oil to grease the dish

Filling:
50 dag of frozen spinach
10 dag of smoked ham
½ glass of milk
1 clove of garlic
3 spoons of butter
2 spons of wheat flour

How to prepare dough:
