- That will not be a problem. What kind of flowers would you like in it?
- Well, that is the problem. I want to buy something special for my wife, something she would be pleased with. But unfortunately I am not sure what type of flowers she prefers and because of it I would be grateful if you could give me some advice.
- I have many kinds of cut flowers – from roses, through lilies and narcissuses to orchids – to suit everyone’s taste and pocket. Is there any reason for which you want to buy the bouquet? It can help me to advise you.
- Today is our first wedding anniversary. I think she would not expect me to remember about it. Could you imagine how surprised she will be?
- Wedding anniversary, you say… let’s think… If I were you, I would choose white roses – they will remind her the colour of her wedding dress. And what follows, that unusual day, of course.
- White roses? It sounds really great. However, I’d rather you added some lilies, too. I think it will give some kind of fresh, spring look to the bouquet, won’t it?

- Do you take credit cards?
- I’m afraid not.
- That is OK, I will pay cash, then. However I have to ask you if you could deliver the bouquet. So that it will be a surprise. I will be very grateful if you could.
- I run a delivery service, so if it is local, I cannot see any difficulties. Can I have your address, then?
