You have an opportunity to visit foreign country for two weeks.Which country would you visit? Use specific reasons and details to explain your choice.

These days thanks to the Internet and airplanes the world is considered to be a “global village”. People travel more common than for example twenty or thirty years ago. I enjoy traveling as well, and there are many places that I would like to go to.

If I could take two weeks vacation to go someplace, I would probably visit a country with totally different culture. The choice is very hard since there are many places to go to. But if I had to make a final decision, I would definitely go to China.

First of all this is one of the biggest and the most populated countries in the world. Only the small percentage of its citizens is spread in the all area: most of them live in South – East part of China, close to the “Yellow River”. It would be very interesting to see how they deal with overpopulation.

Secondly China is one of the oldest countries in the world. For few thousands years it had developed its culture until twentieth century, when communists started to govern “the Great Country” and the Emperor had to escape to Europe.

Chinese people are known as inventors who made paper, or as great constructors. The Great Wall of China is the only one man – made thing that can be seen from Space. Isn’t it worth to see?

I would also like to go to Peking – the capital of that country. There is something very unusual: there is hardly any car traffic on the streets:
everyone rides bikes!! And people eat outside; there are a lot of carts with hot soups and other food that has very often-surprising ingredients….

In summary I would like to say, that China as a “tourists spot” is one of the best choices. Not only you can rest there, but also you will learn something new.
