Should US help to destroy communism in Cuba

I think that U.S should help to destroy the totalitarian regime that may be dangerous for the world peas or not follow the basic civil liberties.
Any definition of terrorism should take into account the distinction between terrorism and the legitimate struggle of peoples for recovery of their lands and freedom. Now I want to give examples of Cuba country which have totalitarian regime and not follow human rights.

Cuba for the past 40 years the people of Cuba had been the victims of communist terrorism. In January, he said, an aircraft based in the US and crewed by residents of the US violated Cuban air space and over flew a no-fly zone, which included a group of buildings in densely populated areas, dropping objects that endangered and terrorized citizens. The convening of an international conference on terrorism, could represent a significant contribution toward the definition of terrorism and help devise practical measures to deal with terrorism.
