The graph shows figures for motorcycle production in five countries during the period 1940-1990.
Write a report for a university lecturer describing the information shown below.
The single graph given to analyse shows the number of motorcycles produced in the time span of 1940-1990 in Britain, USA, Japan, Germany and France.
In France the production started in 1940 while other countries had already been on the market with about 250 thousands motorcycles produced. During the period of 1958-1966 the number of copies made by USA and Japan had been dramatically rising, USA peaking at 3100 thousands in 1975. The only country that have not noted any falling trend in production during the shown period is Britain. It's worth noticing how the production of USA had been substantially falling for over 15 years after topping in 1975. The three countries of included on the graph had faced changes in the number of motorcycles produced in 1975. The USA with the best production rates of all time mentioned before, Japan had shot up again from 2400 thousands to 3000 in 1990 while production in Germany started gradually falling.
